Man that does suck. I definitely hate it for you and would HATE for that to happen here. What a freakin' nasty mess a flood causes.

sorry about the flooding but what did you mean your neighbor saved your son? Hopefully the people (you and your fam) are alright. screw the house you can replace it.
I had a few inches last year in our floods, it blows and it costs money but as long as no one gets hurt you'll survive.

Yeah, they're saying the river is going to crest again... possibly above the level it hit earlier... 42+ feet.

My wife, who is drastically underweight, was carrying Poot and got carried under by the current. She wasn't strong enough to hold on to the boy and he got carried away. Luckily my neighbor was able to grab him and her and drag them across. Thank God he was there.
