Fork oil weight question

I'm about to change my fork oil. What weight do you guys recommend and why? I'm weigh 195lbs and like my ride just on the other side of stiff rather than plush if you feel me. Not overly racetrack stiff...but enough to still be somewhat comfortable on the street...but handle right when you push it a bit harder.

What does the service manual say comes stock? I would recommend using the clickers to adjust the damping to your taste, before making changes to the oil weight.

Manual says Type "E" fork oil.

if you are changing the oil, why not change your springs to suit your weight at the same time.

Type E is supposedly 10W.....

I've thought about Amsoil fluid. I use their motor oil. I'm leaning toward Ohlins oil.

I would try 15W then.
