Ontario Power Generation and Hydro-Québec have also both sent workers down. Likely in self defence, as we don't want y'all pulling the grid down again like that time.

LOL, we saw it coming and said "fuck you, we're out" to the northeast and disconnected our grid manually or it would of got us too.

After living through a few hurricanes here, we have 2 generators, one to power the fridge and freezer and another to run the well pump and lights.
