Yeah at least in the Air Force we've heard of Morale
in the army it's a punishable offense to utter the words... morale that's why you guys have to call it the MWR (Morale Welfare Recreation) center! |

hmmm, my company doesnt really have much in the way of listed perks, there are a few that I love ABOUT my job...
I can get out of the office to do property inspections, so I dont have to sit in an office all day, comes in handy when I get cabin fever or feel the need to hurt fellow company members... My boss is my best friend (literally). I am 5 mins from the house... I do have the freedom to do my job the way I want, with no micromanaging... At this point in time the owners philosophy is be grateful to have a job, so cash perks arent really there, nor are raises with the way the market is going...*sigh*, so I am pretty happy to have a decent job considering people are lining up to even find a job around here...
