Good rain Pirellis, a Ten Kate suspension set up with Honda support and you look like a hero! I did some rain endurance racing and sure wish my equipment hd been that good. Still dont know if i woulda pushed that hard tho...

Experience helps alot to. European rider and asian riders, especially the Brits get alot of opportunities to race in the rain. Once they get a feel for the diff tires it is similar to finding and pushing the traction of dry tires, only with a much smaller window for correcting mistakes...

As for those wacky Europeans...they ride in all conditions, where as American's pretty much ride for fun and steer clear of dicey weather. So they probly aren't as nervous about it.

They also benefit from having safer tracks to ride on in the rain, with the exception of those crazy Irish and Brits but those guys race on real roads at times and obviously have a death wish...
