What are the dimensions to the figure 8 box?

That sounds about right, though I don't really know. I never took the MSF.

IIRC, practice is 25x60 and the "real thing" is 22x60.... I could be wrong.

is it really that big? I guess when i was taking the course it looked super tiny. I'm on a mission to master it.
